Eight rules. No exceptions.

HatchLaunch launches on Raydium LaunchLab. What changes is who launches, what is allowed, where the fees go, and how coins build on each other.

  1. 01

    One platform wallet.

Every coin is created by the same platform wallet, which also pays the rent. There is no dev wallet per coin and no dev bag to dump. Launching costs 0.03 SOL, paid from your wallet before the create.

  2. 02

    Quoted in SOL.

Every coin’s curve is quoted in SOL, known by its mint address so a lookalike can’t slip in. Your coin is a bet on SOL too.

  3. 03

    No copycats.

Before anything is signed, the ticker and name are folded — case, spaces, lookalike letters and leetspeak — and checked against every coin. A copied picture is refused. One X account, one coin.

  4. 04

    No block 0.

On mainnet the create goes out as a private Jito bundle with nothing else in it, and the mint address is never published before it lands, so nobody can buy in the block it is created. No dev buy, no insiders. It is not a promise of sniper-proof, just no same-block edge.

  5. 05

    Every trade burns.

Every trade pays a 3% fee: 1% buys the coin back and burns it, 1% buys $HATCH back and burns it, 0.5% goes to whoever hatched the coin, 0.25% keeps the platform running, and 0.25% is Raydium’s own LaunchLab fee. On a branch, part of the creator’s share (0.125% to 0.5% of volume, the creator’s pick) buys its family instead: the parent, or from the second generation down half the parent and half the root. Each coin’s burn comes from its own trades, and every burn is a public transaction.

  6. 06

Creators earn, or get dex paid first.

Whoever hatched a coin earns 0.5% of its volume, less the family royalty and backing share they picked. They can choose auto dex paid at launch: the first $299 of rewards is held and the platform orders DexScreener Enhanced Token Info for the coin; the rewards after that are theirs. Rewards are paid out from the platform wallet.

  7. 07

    Incubate, then hatch.

Coins incubate on a Raydium LaunchLab bonding curve, opening near $2.8k. At about $41k they hatch into a Raydium pool and keep trading there.

  8. 08

    Coins come in families.

Launch under any coin on HatchLaunch and yours becomes its branch. The coin at the top of the tree is the root. Branches feed their parents, parents back the branches that give back, and the whole family is tracked as one index.

    1. 1

Pick a parent when you launch

Any coin on HatchLaunch can be a parent, unless it is already 3 generations below its root. Your coin becomes its branch, and the link is for life. A coin launched without a parent can join a family later, once, signed by the creator wallet it launched with, as long as its own branches still fit within 3 generations. A coin from outside HatchLaunch (pump.fun, stonk or anywhere else), like $PUMP, can be a family’s root once the platform registers it; its ticker and name then count as taken here. Its branches feed it one way: their royalty buys it and locks it in its family vault, and since its creator isn’t on HatchLaunch, nothing comes back to them.

    2. 2

      Branches pay a family royalty

A branch’s creator picks at launch how much of their 0.5% creator fee goes to the family: 25%, 50% or all of it (0.125% to 0.5% of volume; 50% unless they pick). It buys the parent; from the second generation down, half buys the parent and half the root. The coin that receives it chose at launch, for life, where those coins go: locked for good in its family vault, or to its holders, who claim them pro rata. An outside root has no creator here, so what it receives is locked in its vault. The 3% fee and both burns stay the same.

    3. 3

Parents back the branches that give back

A creator can put 25%, 50% or 100% of their creator rewards into a backing pool, also for life. Once a branch has sent its parent $300 of royalty, is worth at least $100k and has traded 3× its highest market cap, the pool pays for its DexScreener token info ($299), or a boost if it already has token info. Once per branch; if the pool is short, the branch waits until it can pay. An outside root earns no creator rewards here, so it backs no one.

    4. 4

      Each family gets an index

Once 3 members qualify ($10k in market cap and a day on the board), the 10 largest make up the family index, weighted by market cap, the root capped at 40% and any other coin at 20%. It starts at 1,000 points and rebalances weekly; newcomers enter at the next rebalance. It is a benchmark in points: there is no index token, and nobody holds the basket.
